Mountain biking

Today, I finally had the energy to start working out again! I went to the Northern part of Lund, where I had seen a park with some interesting tracks in it. The tracks were not especially made for mountain biking, but for frisbeegolf. However, these tracks went up and down hills, through forests and through narrow pathways between high bushes. Perfect for a nice mountain bike ride! So I went up there, and crossed around for about an hour. It was a lovely place, and it felt really good to get out there and work out again. I have made a work-out schedule for myself now, so that I keep on exercising! Let's see how that works out! No I am really tired and thinking of actually going to bed early, to rest a bit.
