Today, we started our day by packing all our stuff and checking out of our AirBnB in Los Angeles. Our time in Los Angeles has passed, time to travel to new destinations!

To start the day, we went to see Venice beach, with its spotters, surfers and life guards. There were a lot of people surfing, swimming, running and skating there.

Also, there was an Indian festival going on, with all kinds of festivities, under which a huge parade!

After our visit to Venice beach, we went for lunch at Lemonade, a really cool place. I had a lovely lunch with Mac and Cheese, a salad and a curry dish. It was very delicious (little to much though, I still feel swollen from it!).

After lunch, we went to a huge outlet centre, where we all did some shopping!

We drove to the hotel, the Saguaro in Palm Springs. When we arrived, it was still 104 Fahrenheit outside, which is about 39 degrees Celsius. Luckily, the AC inside worked amazingly well, so it was nice and fresh inside. We checked in and were just in time to eat something. Afterwards, some of us putted on a swimsuit and went for a swim in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The water was really hot as well, but at least it was very relaxing. By the time we got out, we were all very tired and went to sleep in a soft and warm kingsize bed.

Keep up with you tomorrow! Goodnight and Cheers!

Today a slow start. We took our time to get ready to move on to the Hollywood sign. We wanted to do a hike up to the sign. We did do a awesome, really exhausting and steep hike to the wisdom tree, but never made it to the hollywood sign. The view though was amazing up there!

After the hike we drove up to Beverly Hills. It is such a lot of fun to just drive around this rich and famous neighbourhood Incredibly large houses, enormous properties, huge lawns and a lot of expensive cars. We drove around enjoying all the richeness, and then went to Rodeo Drive to do a little shopping. First of all we visited the Louis Vuitton Museum, which was very well put together. In a modern, bright and colourful way, Vuitton shows his history of creations.

After wondering along the street of Rodeo Drive, looking at pretty cars and peeking into expensive shops, we went home, cooked ourselves a nice meal and went to bed. Tomorrow a new day! Keep u posted! CHEERS!

p.s. I do not have internet (or time) everywhere, so posts may be delayed a little bit from time to time.

Good morning LA! I thought I wouldn’t notice the jet lag, however I did find myself standing next to my bed completely awake at 5.15 AM. Well, could be worse. At least I did not need to be woken by my alarm clock!

Today we took the car to Warner Bros. Studios, to get a tour through the different studios there. There are a lot of different sets around the place, under which the set of Friends, Fuller House and the sets of the Ellen and Conan show. It was amazing to see all the sets, props, clothes and studios there. The place is really efficient and multi-purpose. One house at the property is probably used in about 20 different movies, shows and tv series. We had a lovely tour guide named Cas, a really enthusiastic and truely passionate lady. We had a blast being in her cart today.

After visiting the studios, we took a walk on the walk of fame. I waited a long time in front of the star of Johnny Depp, hoping he would magically climb out of his spot. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I was however lucky enough to see Michael Jackson today, or, probably, an impersonator.

After a nice cooked pasta salad I decided that was it for me for this day and went to bed. And to wake up at 5.30 AM again. Next stop is Beverly Hills and Venice Beach. See you there! Cheers!
